7th October, Las Vegas, USA: Phynova Group Ltd pitched its blood glucose management and OTC portfolio to top food and nutrition companies and investors at the Nutrition Capital Network Investor meeting held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Centre in Las Vegas.
Following successful pitches at NCN meetings in New York and Geneva, Phynova was invited to present at NCN’s half-day meeting in Las Vegas, an event dedicated to specialty nutritional ingredients and related technology. The event was well attended by senior level executives from global corporates in the food and nutrition space.
Phynova’s COO, Andrew Gallagher, presented the company’s latest clinical trial data and the opportunities arising from its lead product IminoNorm®, a novel functional ingredient for glycaemic control, as well as opportunities for its OTC drug for joint pain in both the EU and USA. The presentation was well received and resulted in a number of one-to-one meetings with many of the attending companies.
Robert Miller, Phynova CEO, commented “We were thrilled to be invited to present at NCN’s flagship event for nutritional health products. The interest shown by global food and consumer healthcare companies in IminoNorm® continues to be strong and validates the science supporting IminoNorm®’s use as an innovative solution to mitigate the health problems associated with diets containing high levels of sugars and poor-quality carbohydrates”.
About IminoNorm®: IminoNorm® is a patented natural functional ingredient that transforms products with high levels of sugar or poor-quality carbohydrates into ‘better for you’ products. It is a sustaining innovation that allows food companies to continue to use sugar without having to reformulate, while at the same time mitigating harmful side effects.
