Phynova develops the scientific, IP, and regulatory framework around these ingredients so they can be commercialized globally for a variety of health benefits and unmet needs.
Phynova is currently searching for a Business Development Manager for the Eastern US to join our Sales Team. We offer a competitive compensation package and generous benefits, including salary and bonuses, health, dental, and 401K plans.
Core Responsibilities :
• The position will be responsible for generating new B2B opportunities to grow sales revenue
• Primary responsibility for meeting volume and revenue targets within the B2B dietary supplement segment
• Participate in conferences and industry events by attending trade shows,
presentations, and meetings
• Support business planning by providing input on price and volume forecasts, market trends, and competitor activity
• Sales analysis with focus on growth and business value
Qualifications:
• College degree required. BS in life science, biology, kinesiology, nutrition, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in the dietary supplement industry with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives
• High energy and ambitious business development leader with a strong interest in science-backed natural health solutions
• Strong external client/customer orientation and client management skillset
• Demonstrated success working independently, strong time-management and
multitasking skills
• Ability to distill and communicate the complex science and uniqueness of clinically studied ingredients
• Must be able to travel extensively, typically 50% of the time
